We like to make things simple. All orders where standard shipping is selected are shipped free Australia wide. One item, ten items, big items, small items, order one time, order ten times, ship to yourself, ship to others - its free.
You don't need to enter any codes or remember to do anything - its free.
What is Standard Shipping
The Met Store Australia uses Australia Post for all our deliveries and standard shipping means if your order is received before 1.00pm AEST it will be despatched the same day with typical delivery times noted below. (for orders placed after 1.00pm AEST add 1 day). Please note that these are the delivery times quoted by Australia Post and variations may occur.

Other Shipping Options
If you need your goods quickly you can choose express post delivery. This option can be chosen at checkout and is a flat cost, although some oversize items cannot be shipped via this method (these items are typically large prints or large sculpture items). If an item is not available to be shipped express post it is noted on the item page. The cost of express post is:

What if I need my order more urgently?
Contact us by email or phone before you place your order, we can arrange a courier or overnight air express and calculate the price for you on the phone. We will do our best to make it happen.
Other Shipping Information
We are licensed by The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York to ship from our online store only to locations with Australia or New Zealand.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.
When You Receive Your Order
We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, don't worry, simply contact us and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
