At The Metropolitan Museum of Art  Store Australia we pride ourselves on providing a superior level of service and  appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase that the situation can be rectified.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund the purchase price (less shipping if applicable) via the credit card used to make the purchase. This offer is subject to the following conditions:

• the item is in resaleable condition; and
• the item was originally purchased from The Metropolitan Museum of Art Store Australia; and
• the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below

PROCESSING A RETURN

If you find you need to return an item please complete the return form provided with the original order and return it by mail.  The Metropolitan Museum of Art Store Pty Ltd will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
